Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we collect and use your personal information when you visit camiliaberrada.com, buy one of our programmes (such as Conscious Wealth) or join one of our communities.
Who we are
This website and our programmes are run by LOFT. WHOLE TOGETHER LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13904814), trading as Inner Empire. We are the "controller" of your personal information. You can contact us at any time at info@loftmovement.com.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address and, if you share it, your phone number, plus anything you write to us (for example in emails, forms, messages or community chats).
- Purchase details: what you bought, when, and how much you paid. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
- Programme activity: your access to our course platform and recordings, and whether you complete a programme.
- Website and advertising data: information collected by cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel (see "Cookies and the Meta Pixel" below).
How we use it, and why we're allowed to
- To deliver what you bought (access, recordings, live calls, support): this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To send you emails about your programme and, where you have agreed or where the law allows, about our other programmes. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in every email.
- To understand and improve our website and advertising, for example to measure which ads lead to a purchase: this is based on our legitimate interests and, where required, your consent to cookies.
- To keep records we must keep by law (for example tax and accounting records).
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms. It tells Meta when you view our pages, start a checkout or complete a purchase, so we can measure our ads and show them to people who are more likely to be interested. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you, under Meta's own privacy policy. You can control this through your browser's cookie settings and in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Stripe (payments)
- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector and Zapier (email and customer records)
- ThriveCart (our course platform)
- Meta (advertising measurement)
- Google Workspace, Zoom, YouTube and Telegram (email, calls, recordings and community)
- our accountants, where needed for tax and legal compliance
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, mainly in the United States. Where your information is transferred, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you're a customer or community member, and then only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Financial records are kept for the period required by UK law (usually six years).
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just email info@loftmovement.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
